Is there a way of putting images or audio to java easily?

I want to add images or audio files to a java code.
Is there a way of adding it easily?

U can not add images or audio to a Java code in SL code editor because it doesn't support GUI 😟 so if u want to add it u need to install other IDE IN A PC(eclipse)etc

I've alreddy installed and worked with Eclipse for a while

What is GUI?
And if i have eclips can I now add images ?
