How do i recover my account when i lost my email and password?

if its a google account and you've forgotten the username or email name try typing a letter one by one, existing account names you used on that device to log in should pop up, if you do remember the account name, and forgotten the password and its not linked to another account or your phone number search up recover google account.

But sry still confusing to me about op.
If is about another account, atleast find it by search in SoloLearn and with link, mailing to SoloLearn for mail request may help I think..
If forget user name you can log with mail. N Vise versa.. So atleast need username or mail id needed..
Password can be recovered..
Try random trials by memorizing...
