Course Levels

Question

I have completed the Python course and attained level 4 with 413 XP points. When I use Sololearn on my Ipad my profile shows these values, but when I am on my PC the profile shows level 2 with 128 XP points. Any suggestions as to why this is would be very welcome. Thank you in advance Dereck

Where did you see you have 413 XP and are level 4? I see you have 128 XP and are level 2 on mobile.

Hello, I looked on the mobile version and on the web version.
You are in both a level 2 user and you have 118 XPs in Python. If you really think you are at a higher level, just wait a few moments.

Maybe you have a slow internet connection or SoloLearn's Servers are dealing with a high amount of data at the moment. I hope this anser is helpful.

I have been working mainly on my Ipad which is where 413 XP Level 4 was obtained, but the other is on my PC where I expected to see 413 XP, but got 128 XP instead, I do not use a mobile. It seems as though I am doing the same course but on different machines and at different stages of completion. I was expecting the two machines to be in line.
