I know JavaScript. But should I learn c# used in unity for game development?

I know html, css and js to an extent. And I've started learning react for web development. I want to go into game development for simple games. But most ppl always always suggest, unity, unreal etc for game development. I feel it'll take a long time to learm them. Should I continue with js and I'll be okay for simple games?

If u are serious about game dev u should learn c#.
