How to give admin access to a collaborator in my private repo in GitHub
I went to settings and manage access. I don't see any role options next to collaborator. How do I give them admin access.

DoMan The user will receive an email inviting them to the repository. Once they accept your invitation, they will have collaborator access to your repository after that they would be assigned the role if they accept the same.
Please read the documentation.. it's instructed clearly..

Since you are the owner it is simple:
Go to your repo and click the Settings button.
In the left menu click manage access and scroll down to see collaboration.
Then Add their name.

EnCoDeR I too can see the option you are showing. I even have couple of collaborator in my repo. But there is no Role option next to them. I can't assign them roles. It looks same as the pic you showed but there is the admin access part?
