You've got 2 options:
1.Try to retrieve the password of current account and then activate ur account.
2.In ur profile ,u have an option to edit ur profile and there u can change ur email id(to an id password u know 😂) and then activate .

I created this account with an e-mail of which i have fogotten the password.Now i tried to activate my account and no response was gotten.So i wanted to connect to a New Google account so as to activate my e-mail on sololearn and continue with my activities😟
