how can i find it?

Question

a form of numbers defined like this..(sum of the digits in a number+the number) for example for 11..(1+1)+11= 13..i want to get some number from user and print "yes" if the number that given can be in this form...for example 2 ((1)+1)could be..and 3 could not..
please help me.thanks a lot if you do

Sorry but how for 2 (2)+2 isn't 4? As the question says "sum of the digits in a number+the number" and in 2 the only digit is 2 like it was 1 and 1 in 11

3 could not be the answere because there is not any number that the sum of the digits + the number =3..but 2 can be because 1+1=2
and 96 could be because 84+12=96..but 97 coud not be...i wanna give some number from user and then print "yes" if it could be like this
