How can I learn android apps development?

I know nothing about Android app development, but I am very interested in it because I have an idea for an app and I wish I could make this app.

they have a few different levels of android development tutorials

I would suggest learn Java not javascript as they are two different things.

Though you can also make lets say a website, use simple wrappers in java and make an app (Though if you really want to develop it it would be java to go for)
