Completed lessons are blank. Showing certificate instead of relevant lessons.

Question

I’ve recently completed the Python course and I was going back to review some information and a few of my lessons were blank. They didn’t show any icons (just look like a blank green circle). Upon pushing them it just shows my completed Python certificate.

There’s info on there I was trying to review to finish some of the Code Coaches.

Has anybody else experienced this?
