Is it important to learn C

Hey guy's I don't know if it's still important to learn C in times like this. People say C is obsolete and I should try languages like Python or JavaScript( I have basic knowledge of python) but TBH I love C more.
If it is still important to learn C what are the chances of me getting a job with this language.

C is still the language for embedded and kernel development. If that's what you want to do, go for it.
Otherwise go for the best language for your purpose.

This depends upon you.
If you wants to become web developer then C is not going to help you in anything.
If you wants to make OS, device drivers and anything else which requires low level programming then you can use Clanguage.
And if you wants to be a software developer then Java or C# will be better choice.

C is better for low level things. It is not obselete, and if you like it you should learn it.
