"Editing when download on pc" For this you can download github's desktop version.. which is recommended for editing repos.. although minor PRS can be done through CMD.. without any installation/i.e. on the repo itself.. perhaps using desktop version would be the best.

1. If you don't know git commands, use a browser to visit Github webpage and edit using the editor in their website (Just click into your code and choose the pen icon) 2. If you know git commands, use Termux and a code editor app.

I mean as repository of github Storing version But editing when download on pc I need one which allow editing online using mobile application Is it valid

You can discuss any code editor arch as notepad++on your computer or use AnWriter free as an code editor on Android or iOS
