Please check out this playground

You can practice and build full stack application from Glitch.
There are many examples for developers to clone , study and develop further too.
I have built a full stack application called Gordon store for Sololearners to learn node.js, Marina Khamis you can clone it and further develop for your own project.

Marina Khamis hi,
It will depends on what stack you'll work with, but as exemple you could check this ressources and see if it suits you :
https://www.theodinproject.com/
https://university.mongodb.com/
You can find also some courses on Coursera on which you can enroll as a free auditor (won't give you certificate).
But you'll need to first define what stack (SQL database Vs NoSQL , Express, React, Node and npm or whatever), and then set up your working environment with this tools...
