Can we use online compile to store data in our files?

I have tried this, but I'm not sure if it works, can a c++ online compiler read and save a data in a file in our pc, or does it have to be a downloaded compiler?

but i will suggest you u can use other editors for c and cpp some are popular for c and cpp like codeblock ,devcpp ,visual studio . u can run your code anytime without any data charges
