Which language was the best to the beginners who want to become a Hacker?

there are many field for hacker, like network, application, OS, and many other. the most famous is network hacking. you should learn network with linux alongside programming.
many cool trick to make network better (when i use word hacker that's mean original hacker not black hat or cracker), and that is just the beginning.
find linux community on the net, you can gain knowledge there.

Start with C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Shell, and SQL I think. Most application built on that language. So it will be the minimum requirement.

if you are focusing on ethical hacking you should have at least basic knowledge on almost all languages, I will prefer to learn python in depth.
