JAVASCRIPT will be learned within in a month?
If I start learning JAVASCRIPT from today, how many time spend in this process? I already learned HTML CSS BOOTSTRAP

Depends on what you call learning. If you are talking about learning enough to make small codes that can do stuff by copy pasting from stackoverflow (and others), then I'll say that it is a process of just a week or 2. But if you want to work professionally, then it might take months to learn JavaScript. For you, it might even take an year or more considering that you have never learnt any other programming language before. Because apart from just learning a 'language', you will also need to learn how to solve a problem by writing good code, and if that's not enough, most of the jobs in JavaScript nowadays require knowledge of some frameworks.
So in conclusion, I'll just say, it all depends on the person. You might take years, someone else might take months. It's okay. If you really want to start learning, stop thinking about the time it's going to take you (because no one but you can know that once you have done it). I've seen people get demotivated just because they were not able to catch up with others.
