I need help with my code.

Question

so, if any of you have played universal paperclips. Basically you need wires to make paperclips. You can buy more wires when they run out. When you run out of wires, paperclip production stops completely. I want to code a game where the currency is soil. To continue making soil (paperclips), you have to have worms(wires). Ive started coding the basic fundamentals of an idle game but thats all. I really need some help with coding this. Thankyou so much in advance.

before you begin to code a game such as this, I'm unsure of how complicated it is, but complete the html course and then try out coding the game. I assume the original game, the paperclip game, is also coded in html and if that is true then, after learning html, find the code for the paperclip game and tweak it or use it as a guide to create the soil game.
