Js error when I open the laptop.

This occurs usually when starting up Discord on your pc. The error msg usually contains various info regarding error but it can be hardly interpreted by normal guys like us.

There are many ways to solve this,the simplest way is:

Sol-1 : Del the %AppData% and %LocalAppData%

Deleting the following folders should reset Discord settings and hopefully resolve the js error which is preventing you from opening Discord at all.

These are suggested in official Discord website but in entirety different manner.

Navigate to the following location by windows explorer and click:

C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Discord

Then del the Discord folder in AppData folder.

P.S-Try this and do let me know if iit doesn't.

Does the error appear, if you start your computer in save mode? Porobaply not.
What does this JavaScript file contain?
Does this file exist?
Perhaps, there is no error, your computer is infected with a malware.

EnCoDeR yes! It worked. I deleted the discord file and now the error does not appear anymore. Thank you!
