Why don't you use some applications?
You can use MonoDroid... It is a software product developed by Novell to build Android-based mobile applications using C# and . NET. To install and work with MonoDroid, you need Visual Studio 2010. MonoDroid works as an add-on of Visual Studio!!

BeegCat Yes, it is awesome and only offline C# IDE for Android.
Without using any packages, it takes around 150 - 200MB space. But it is less comparing to other offline IDEs like Pydroid3/ MobileC
