C# Dictionary does not work.

Question

I am at the last question for the C# module. I have created the 3 fields right but the last 2 fields are wrong. The challenge is to make a Dictionary with names and ages and to make the age of the first name appear in the console. It sounds simple but after 4 hours I have still haven't found the solution.
