Does a paid domaine & paid hosting make my website appear on google immediately?

I've a website wich use 000webhost a free webhosting servivce and a free subdomaine but it doesn't appear on google search some people told me to buy a domaine & hosting service to make my website appear is that true? And what is the best hosting service to buy? Thanks

Yes, you are better off with your own domain and hosting, sorry I'm not in the web dev bis so I can't recommend you, which is best, but I think I can give you a few tips.. First, to be picked by a Google search engine you need connections from other sources, your link needs to appear on other sites so Google crawler can pick it up. You can use Reddit to post your site for the group you are aiming at. The other way which may be the fastest is Google Search Console

I think you can directly paste your link to the service, so it picks it up right away.
