Recently, Sololearn has set some criteria for the new learner to access message section.

Amir is at just level 2 that's why he can't send message to anyone.

Amir it looks like this new logic was implemented to prevent new users from abusing the Message feature.

As for what you should do, accumulate experience. Go do some courses, write some codes, you may want to challenge other users, keep using this app and after a certain time has passed and you have accumulated enough progress, you should be able to use the Messaging feature.

If you do encounter some difficulties while completing the tutorials, you should check the comment section. They do tend of have excellent explanations. If that is not enough, head over to the Q&A section and use the search tool to find possible questions that may help you to avoid creating duplicates. Hello, if you wish to communicate to other users, hit the bell icon on the top right, go to messages and start a new conversation with the arrow on the bottom right of the screen. Select a contact you wish to message.
You can also hit the three dots ⋮ on the top right of the screen to message the user.
