How to create website from text?

I have written a HTML program in raw text. I want to apply it on a browser. Please help.

Save your file with
".html" extension

Just write .html at end of your filename
Like website.html

HTML is not Programming Language, So you can't make programs with it

copy paste the directory address in the browser, then press enter. undont even need an internet connection, although, no one else will see it. u will need web hosting for other people to see it as on a website.

What do you mean by raw text? You still use tags?
