I bought an Elegoo or Arduino and I need help!

Hey guys. I bought an arduino (or Elegoo if you prefer to call it that way) I wanted to know what kind of programming language his platform uses. To me it looks like C++ or at most C but I wanted a second opinion,

Thanks Martin Taylor! I have been better informed and I discovered that Arduino is the type of board, Elegoo is just the brand of a company that produces them👍
