Can you guys recommend a game engine for me any type

If possible python

You can use Godot Game Engine...It is a pretty solid game engine and the new releases are just off the charts... It suppprts C# and GDscript vut GDscript is very similar to python...Once you know python, learning Gdscript would not be a problem I guess

Hey, A game engine isnt a programming language for example unity is a game engine in which you can use c# or javascript to program your game.

I dont know if any game *engines* exist that use Python, but there are game *frameworks*, most notibly, Pygame. Theres also Kivy, RenPy, Pyglet, and a few others
