How do I do this

So I'm working on a password page. When the correct password is entered and submit is clicked on you get brought to a website saying congratulations and all that, but when the incorrect password is given and submit is clicked you get get brought to a website that says try again and all that. But I don't know how to do that. This is what I have so far:
