How to use Animation in HTML not in CSS?

Hello friends, I have completed HTML few months ago but still don't know how to use Animate tag in HTML. I have also searched on YouTube but not get appropriate answer because they gives me information about animation with CSS. I know how to do Animation in CSS but not in HTML. So, I want information from where I can learn Animation in HTML. If anyone knows so tell me the source.

There is no animation on html, you must use css or javascript to animate element.
