Abdulwakil Abdulkadir back in typing school it was mandetory to learn how to type without looking at the keyboards but I don't believe it is so much anymore unless you are in secretarial school or working in a highly professional office requiring hours of reviewing offline documents while typing. I would also say that it has been a strong asset over the years but now with small screens and thumb keyboards for texting and so on the practice of typing without looking really has gone to the wayside.

this is a strange question.
To be a really good programmer, it is nessasary to be able to type well. however, this comes with practice and not from studying the keyboard.
And this question is not really code related.

Abdulwakil Abdulkadir if you want to write 10 line code in 10 min than you can do with looking at the keyboard đ

.
But taking serious you should know how to type without looking at the keyboard.
Also if you keep on typing you will automatically remember the position of the keys.
I recommend you to use any app which teaches you typing for better and faster results...
