Is there a 2d game develeoplemt environment as good as cocos creator for javascript and html

Question

I got cocos creator but the amount of documentation,tutorials etc is lacking to say the least. Ive looked for other "engines" but they pale in comparison to cocos creator. So are there any engines or game environments for 2d that can deploy to android ios windows and the like or even some treasure trove of content i've missed.thank you..:)

Phaser seems to be the only one close to it ,but cocos had it all :{
