Ask me to upgrade after having already paid for the pro account

Hi, I don't know if that happened to you but I just got a bill from Apple confirming that I purchased the pro account for a year but It still asks me to upgrade on the website. I emailed twice but no answer. I'd really love to continue learning without those ads popping up all the time... Thanks for your help.
