"IDLE" is good for beginners (and upto mid intermediate level)and is light weight(If you are intermediate and have written many lines of code and have some experience , then other's recommendations are perfect)

Hi Vireindra, I recommend using PYCHARM for MacOS, Windows and Linux. This IDE is one of my personal favs. I expect you have python 3 already installed so you should be good to go. Here is a link to JETBRAINS https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/

For android you can use pydroid3 which provides you a lot of GUI modules machine learning and can do much things just using our android phones
