Why can't I send messages?

It's been almost a year that I can't send messages. Every time I try to send one, I get an error. Please, I appreciate any help😀

But found a little Trick after sending the First message you can delete the chat and Start Over again😉😁

When I'm the one to start a conversation in a chat, I can hopefully send the first message. After that, every message I send it's in vain, they are not sent

I don't know why Some people including me can't Send messages but this Trick has helped me since I discovered it
