Shahzad it depends completely on the type of programming you do. Web development does not need much math but data science needs a fair bit.

The domain that you end up working in also matters. Programmers working in a scientific area would require more math I would imagine.

Carolyn Lewis if you think you won't be good at math there are still some areas in programming that don't need much math.

If you have a friend, mentor, teacher or relative that is good at math, reach out to them. You can also search for math resources online.
