If I Learn One Programming Language Properly, afterward other programming language easy to understand ?

đđđ In order for you to not forget your learning, you should write your own piece of information on the programming language. I did this when I was learning C# and I don't forget nearly everything.

I think so too. The first one is always the most challenging.

I think so but still depends.
Advantage is that, after you learn 1 programming language, you should now know the different concepts like variables, flow control etc. and that's the same with other languages. You just have to implement it to a different syntax (maybe more features).
Although as I have seen in your profile, you have already learned multiple programming languages, so what's the problem here?

It's not necessary u have to feel another programming language easy after learning one. Remember learning python after learning c++ will seems very easy. But learning c++ after learning python will be a headache..

The thing is, learn the fundamentals of programming itself while learning a language. Very important.
If you understand core programming concepts, transitioning from a language to another or from stack to stack would be a lot easier.
