If you meant the term tap to run in sololearn coding. Then it means, there is a button in sololearn code editor. Only by clicking that button you can see the output of the code.😊😊
So if you tap the button run. Then only you can see the output. It means to tap on run..😊😊
also, I think you don't know the term run, run refers to starting a code.
For example you created a code that does some stuff. In order to see it in action, you will need to run that code...
