How can I get soloLearn to check my account login?

On my laptop profile page I cannot open new file, I cannot logout or login.. No problem with my mobile access..

I also faced this problem yesterday, you will see a white blank page when you go to profile page...
To fix it just clear all of your sololearn cookies.. this fixed my problem...

Clear your browser cache and delete Sololearn browser cookies then try again
