What Libraries should I use for Detecting Early Signs of Melanoma?

Hello. I am working on building an Artificial Intelligence that detects Early Signs of Melanoma (skin cancer) from images. I will train 80% and test 20% of the images. Using images of Melanoma and non-Melanoma. I will use Convolutional Neural Networks and will code it in Python.
What libraries would be best for this project? I am at the beginning phases of the project and am at the part of importing libraries. Any help is appreciated! :)
