Can you start programming without computer or laptop

Hi! Normally to program you need a computer of some kind, of course. But if you just want to learn programming, you can read a book and write you code with a paper and a pen. But to be honest: you never learn to play the piano by reading a book or watch someone else play the piano. You actually have to get ’dirty’ yourself. Otherwise if you have a mobile (smartphone), thats fine too. And actually, a smartphone is a computer too... /Regards Per B 🙂

You can use your smartphone as well. I'd say interpreted languages like python or javascript are better suited and have good support with apps like Pydroid 3. You can learn the basics and make first steps and small projects. For bigger projects a PC is better suited, mainly due to its bigger screen

I am using my mobile phone. So, learning isn't supposed to be linked with a laptop.
