how can I install Kivy on my Windows machine

i downloaded the kivy file and it's a .whl
i have no idea how i can install it on my computer. PLEASE HELP

You can see videos in YouTube. It isn't easy to install.

in addition to youtube there is the installation page at https://kivy.org/docs/installation/installation-windows.html#install-win-dist though a video would likely be much more helpful.
