Which is the best text editor for building websites and web applications?

Sublime,Brackets,Atom,VS, Notepad++. The list goes long. Can anyone give me a proper comparison on this. It would be great if you number the editors on their features and ease of use for both experienced as well as noobs.

@Prateek I suggest Sublime Text editor is the best. You can find it on Google.

@Satish Gawde Ha ha Nope! Use Sublime or netBeans or Eclipse instead DreamWeaver is not free. You might cry later if that tool isn't match for you

sublime is easy for the begginers... but if use brackets u will get confused initially but after using sublime brackets is unbeatable u can also customise some plugins for brackets.

I use Brackets for markup, it is better than sublimetext for this purpose because of such functions as live preview etc. Besides, for web-apps it is better to use something like sublimetext or intellij idea. Thus, the point is that there is no editor that perfectly fits all of a developer's needs.
