What can we do with this new knowledge of programming languages, as a beginner. Useful things would be good to motivate to learn

I have Question's, about beginning to learn how to write programs and understand what's going on in the program. I would like to have a better understanding of what can be accomplished with this knowledge. It seems so confusing now, although I thought I had it figured out! Some suggestions would be helpful. thank you, Shawn Gillis

Well, I don't know a specific language yet. But, if I had to say "which one I think" I'm better at "barely doing anything" with, I would have to say C. But lately I been looking at so many I don't know if I can do any language more than hello so I guess what I'm getting at is never mind. The question was not worth asking here

I am not good enough with any language to be specific But I figured that if you can do something in one language a different language should be able to do same thing or am I missing something

@Agonsi Onyedikachi David, @YafiWebDev thanks for the suggestions, that's exactly the thing that is helping along with another answer from another question. I can't remember her name I wish I could but, she said to look up the documentation on the website and that is probably the best one of all.(edit: I found it it was @Tashi N). I wish I would have liked that one (edit: liked it) I wasn't very much into anything then I was trying to figure out what was going on it was really hard for me to catch on to what was happening with the site. I didn't want to press any buttons I was scared to touch anything but, the practicing thing is really making it all come together

each language has its uses, some for websites, some for games, some for mobile apps ( android , ios ) , some for systems, some for databases, some for servers, some even for math stuff for teachers, it all depends what you wanna achieve

Well you can start using it to solve basic math problems.. Simple games as the case may be if it's a programming language... Build web pages and then websites,.. You can also search the web for beginner projects
