How do I implement what I have learnt in programming to make a software?

I want to create a calculator using python, and I mean a software. But I can't seem to have any base starts.

The best think is to know before what to make, some suggestions:
- you can take notes, think, because so you have much inspiration and the result is 💯.
- just learn before & make practice code, learn chapter by chapter, & practice all the chapters and lessons, so then you can start the biggest project because you know all the necessary things and basic principles.
