Canceling my subscription

So heres my question, how do I get my money back and get this subscription cancelled? I did the trial just for class and signed up using my computer. So to cancel the trial you have to use your phone right? Well you can't do that if you didn't make the subscription on the phone because it wont show up in your subscriptions. On top of this, I'm just really upset. I did not want to waste that money and emailed days before to your company to cancel it, and instead I get 3 automated messages the day you charge me saying to log into the website to end your subscription (which just leads you back to the circle of using your phone). I just can't believe this I have another account with this company and always thought it was great but this is insane. Please cancel my subscription I don't know what else to do.

You have to keep emailing Sololearn at.. info@sololearn.com. Only Sololearn team can help you with canceling subscription. Probably, you won't get your money back. Because, there is no partial refund given back if you don't want to continue. On your request they can cancel it, so it won't get charged again after your trial is over. For trials, they don't charge money but you have to provide your payment details. Just email Sololearn.
