can copy data from a database to other devices ? javascript ( openDatabase )

Question

Note :
DATABASE created with openDatabase
db=openDatabase("itemDB","1.0","itemDB",65535);

i mean to copy data from that database to other devices
because when i test it some data apper on my device but when i test on another phone no data in there is anyway to show same data to all devices?

if not so this database good for what ?

no you can't cause for some device can't copied data
