Which language is more similar to java? JavaScript or C#?

Just a personal opinion, Type system wise, C#. Both Java and C# are (basically) static typed language. Javascript on the other hand is dynamic typed language (cmiiw). Naming convention wise, Javascript. Java and Javascript shares similar naming convention C# naming convention is different to that of Java and Javascript. P.S. This types of query better be asked in major search engines though. Faster results and broader perspective.

C#. C# was made by Microsoft in the likeness of Java. In fact, they just remade Java to suit their own character.

Javascript only has a similar name to Java because Java was already popular when Javascript was invented and they thought it would gain more popularity if it had a name people were already familiar with. Javascript isn’t really like Java at all.
