Navbar - Using Transform When Resizing Browser Vertically

Question

I have hamburger navbar with a ul element in which transitions to y-axis (to the bottom). When resizing the browser, ul element does move and it separates with the child elements (navbar lists). I want the parent element and its children to be steady when resizing browser vertically but how? Thanks for the help.
