I'm a beginner as well so I'm not the most qualified person to guide you but if you have any questions you can ask and I will try help. What you have to do to get started is to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript, I also recommend you to do some research and learn more about web development on your own, there are many YouTuber videos out there that can help you and guide you.
