How to change the font type

Question

I been experimenting changing the font type for my entire document and it’s been unsuccessful. I want to change the letter styles into something different.

Also, if I want to do that would I add it to my head or the body?

for example for the whole webpage use the <link> method
download the font from fonts.google.com
or dafonts.com
