as far as I know, sololearn use (on android, I doesn't know on iOS) webview, wich use chrome engine... as most of (android) apps wich want to output html content (kind of integrated browser).
however, any app (maybe decoder) could use other ways to do so (and by the way could use other web engines, even webkit based, but maybe with less or more support than installed webview engine, so that could be the reason of support on one app and not support of other)...
you could try to update your "android system webview" app: this could resolve your no support problem... if your phone is not too old to receive updates ;)

It's not sololearn editor , it's your browser that executes code , sololearn has anything to do with it .

But when i run same code in decoder app it's will be worked perfectly.
