Please how do i make my coded website public for people to access in the internet.

First option: Buy domain name and hosting.
You have to register a domain name for your website and then host your website in a web server. Both of these cost a bit.

Second Option: Use free hosting.
There are some platforms like GitHub pages where you can publish your website for free.

Third option: Host it yourself.
You can use your computer as an web server using XAMPP or MAMP or similar software and use your IP address (requires real IP)as the access point to the website.

So it's probably best to go with the second option for starter.
