df=pd.read_csv(one.csv)
arr=df['a'].values
print(arr[:0])

i used this code for ML assignment but it is throwing so many errors please correct me.i will learrrn from my mistakes

read_csv is a method for reading file.

one.csv is not good name for dictionary

Try
one = {...}
pd.DataFrame(one)
